證照需求	STCW CE >750kW or higher. Will consider equivalent non-STCW/local qualifications if accepted by the Palauan maritime authorities.	休假制度	Two days off per week, Palau National Holidays
工作內容	➤Assist with preparing the vessel for service in Palau, including -Developing and implementing a planned maintenance system for the engineering department -Developing and implementing the engineering section of the SMS ➤Operate, maintain and manage repairs of: -all machinery, including air-start engines, compressors, diesel & shaft generators, pumps, winches, thrusters, OWS, CPP, steering gear, and auxiliary machinery -all electrical and electronic systems (440V/200V/100V/24V systems) -all pipework & plumbing systems, including bilge, ballast, sewage, and grey water ➤Manage the engineering inventory and budget, including spare parts and consumables ➤Prepare and maintain engineering records in line with best-practice ➤Assist master with the engineering-related aspects of voyage planning (fuel, water, lub oil) ➤Train crew in all aspects of your job ➤Explain engineering concepts, equipment and problems to Peace Winds' non-maritime staff ➤Participate as required in other areas of vessel and mooring maintenance Note: the job will evolve and change in response to your skills and interests, and operational requirements
