1. 了解模具加工工艺流程，严格按流程作业/Understand the mold processing process and work strictly according to the process;
2. 了解模具设计规范，了解设计流程，严格按流程作业/Understand the mold design specifications, understand the design process, and work strictly according to the process;
3. 参与装模、试模工作，了解模具功能在实际和理论上差异/Participate in mold installation and trial work, understand the difference of mold function in practice and theory;
4. 熟练掌握UG/CAD软件，能够按时保质保量完成师傅安排的工作任务/Proficient in UG/CAD software, able to complete the work tasks arranged by the master with quality and quantity on time;
5. 熟练使用PLM软件完成各项设计工作任务/Skilled use of PLM software to complete various design tasks;
